The project includes a series of actions aimed at supporting the company in its approach to international markets, after having structured an adequate internal organization, also with the assistance of specialized consultants.
Targets
1. Achieve a foreign market share equal to at least 30% of turnover
2. Establish partnerships with foreign professional importers
3. Create economies of scale in the production of doors and windows
4. Establish a partnership with two countries attentive to the logic of sustainable construction
Results
Increase in foreign turnover and acquisition of new market shares.
